Infrastructure and support to meet the needs of both the agent and the client. To meet the needs of every client, we know that you need the right support, training and product access. Ensuring you can meet your clients’ needs is so important to us that our business structure is a hybrid model.
Hybrid means that we provide the infrastructure and support you need to make sure you have time for clients- for example, we pay you weekly, all your commissions are on one statement, you have a dashboard with training and activity tracking, you have access to a marketing and prospecting system and we have a proprietary lead program.
However, in addition to the infrastructure, you have the freedom to recommend the most appropriate product to each and every client. We partner with all industry leaders in each product line we offer but we also partner with specialists in the industry, so you have access to proprietary products, specialty products and those products specific to your location.
